With over 35 years’ global leadership experience across energy, maritime, and industrial sectors, he focuses on operational efficiency, technical excellence, and fostering collaboration across the business.
Maya Hong
Financial Controller
Maya manages Permacast’s finance function, drawing on a highly accomplished career as a finance leader within ASX-listed and global multi-national matrix organisations. With deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, governance, and more, Maya ensures that Permacast’s projects are financially viable and aligned with its strategic direction.
Andre Segedin
General Manager of Operations
Andre manages Production and Projects, driving safe and efficient operations. With over 16 years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, he brings practical site knowledge and leadership to ensure complex infrastructure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
Alanah Cravino
Head of Human Resources
Alanah leads people and culture, aligning workforce strategy with business objectives. She focuses on talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement, ensuring Permacast has a capable, motivated, and future-ready team.
Roy Ong Yiu
Engineering Manager
Roy brings over 35 years’ technical expertise in precast concrete and large-scale infrastructure. He leads manufacturing innovation, facility design, and research and development, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable production methods.
Makhosi Sibanda
HSEQ Manager
Makhosi oversees Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality, embedding a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. His work improves operational safety, engagement, and sustainability across the business.

Stanislav is a Project Manager at Permacast, leading precast projects from planning to completion across a variety of industries. Having started at Permacast as a Project Engineer, his in-depth knowledge and commitment to quality ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
